Before you apply

The questions most people have before they book a call.

What's the difference between Rebuild and Restart?
Rebuild is for people coming back from injury, surgery, chronic pain, or a long time off — the focus is restoring function, reducing pain, and building a body that moves well before it moves hard. Restart is for people who've been inconsistent — starting and stopping, trying different programs, never quite sticking — the focus is building sustainable habits and a system that fits your actual life. Both are 16 weeks. Both are built on the same Core 5 framework. The path is different; the destination is the same.
Do I need to have done yoga before?
No. Most of the people I work with have never done a yoga class in their life. Yoga is one of the five pillars — not the whole thing. If you can breathe and move, you can do this.
Is this online, in-person, or both?
Primarily online — which means you can do the work from your living room, a hotel room, or anywhere else. For Pittsburgh-area clients, in-person options are available. We'll talk through what makes sense for you on the discovery call.
I've tried a lot of programs before. Why would this be different?
Most programs give you a plan. This gives you a system — one that accounts for where you actually are, not where you think you should be. The Core 5 Blueprint isn't built on willpower or intensity. It's built on consistency, and consistency requires that the system fits your life. That's what the discovery call is for: figuring out whether this is the right fit before either of us commits to anything.
What does 'investment discussed on the discovery call' mean?
It means I don't post pricing publicly because the right program for you depends on where you are and what you need. The discovery call is a real conversation — not a sales pitch. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you. If it is, we'll talk through investment options that make sense.
What if I have an injury or chronic condition?
That's exactly who Rebuild is built for. I've worked with people post-surgery, post-PT, with herniated discs, SI joint dysfunction, chronic knee pain, and more. I'm not a doctor and I don't replace your medical team — but I work alongside it. If you've been cleared for general exercise and you're not sure where to start, that's the conversation.
What happens after I apply?
You'll get a short follow-up from me within 24–48 hours to schedule a free 30-minute discovery call. On that call we'll talk through where you are, what you're looking for, and whether one of the programs is the right fit. No pressure, no pitch — just a real conversation.
