The (Phat) actually stands for Peripheral Heart Action Training (PHA). The program includes a combination of resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, and active recovery days to help individuals build muscle, burn fat, and improve overall fitness.

Program Duration:

The PHAT Blaster Program is a 12-week program designed to help individuals achieve their fitness goals in a structured and systematic manner. The program is divided into four phases, each lasting three weeks, with each phase building on the previous phase to help individuals achieve their fitness goals.

Program Structure:

The PHAT Blaster Program is designed to provide individuals with a comprehensive fitness program that includes two full-body resistance training workouts per week, two cardio sessions per week, and two active recovery days per week. The program is structured as follows:
