14-Day Fall Comeback Challenge

Get back on track before the holidays.

Fourteen days to start paying attention again. To move your body. To set a few goals and keep them in front of you. Nothing extreme. A clear place to start, with other people doing it with you.

Save my spot September 21 through October 4

All you need is a loop band and twenty minutes a day.

The point

This is not about becoming a different person in two weeks.

It is about remembering what it feels like to keep a promise to yourself. Then taking that with you into the holiday season.

This is not a workout series built for a promo. These are the first two weeks of the same 16-Week Comeback Program my clients are running right now, delivered in the same app, the same way they get it. If you decide to keep going after October 4, you pick up at week three. Nothing restarts.

How the two weeks work

First, we see where your body is at. Then we build from there.

Week one · awareness

See what is really going on.

We start by paying attention. How do your hips, ankles, back, and shoulders move right now? Where do you feel strong? Where are you compensating? The first week gives us information instead of guesses. Day one you do three simple tests. Write the numbers down.

Week two · action

Build a plan and get stronger.

Once we know what needs attention, we build a plan around it. You will repeat the right movements, add strength where you need it, and leave with a better idea of what your body is asking for. Day fourteen you do the same three tests. You will see what changed in numbers, not in how you feel about yourself.

Who is running this

I built this for the gap after rehab.

I am Nick. Exercise physiologist, two exercise science degrees ... one from CCAC and one from the University of Pittsburgh ... and 13+ years teaching movement.

In 2021 I broke my ankle in three places. Three surgeries. Thirteen screws. I did the physical therapy, got discharged, and still could not do the things I wanted to do. Nobody told me what came after "you are good to go."

That gap is what I build for now. Everything in these two weeks is what I wish somebody had handed me.

What you will do

Small actions. Repeated often.

The goal is not to bury you in more work. The goal is to make the work clear enough that you can keep showing up.

One loop band

A band, a chair, and a wall is the whole gym. If you do not have one, order it this week so it is here before we start. The link is in your confirmation email.

Three short workouts each week

Less than 20 minutes. Enough to create a rhythm without turning your life upside down.

Daily walks

Simple movement that gets you out of your head and back into your body.

Clear goals

You will decide what matters for these two weeks and keep those goals in front of you.

A group doing it with you

This is a way to get back together and focus on ourselves again. You do not have to do it alone.

Before we start

Two nights on your calendar.

Saturday, September 19 · 7:00 PM ET · Welcome party

We all get into the app together on Zoom. Your invite lands during the call and we set it up live, so nobody is fighting with a download alone. Everybody introduces themselves. This is the fun one.

Sunday, September 20 · 7:30 PM ET · Kickoff call

Right after the free 7 PM class. I walk you through day one. Then every Sunday night at the same time for the whole two weeks. Both calls are on Zoom and recorded if you cannot make it.

Consistency gets recognized

Three prizes. No fitness contest.

The prizes are for the people who show up, participate, and keep the group moving. Not the person who can lift the most or move the fastest.

First prize · A free month of coaching. For the person who shows up most consistently and brings the most to the group.

Second prize · A new pack of bands and a gratitude journal. For the person who builds the strongest daily rhythm.

Third prize · A clear protein supplement. For the person who keeps moving forward when the week gets busy.

Winners are announced live on the last night, October 4. This is judged on showing up, not on fitness level. The person who finishes last in every workout can win this outright.

If you finished physical therapy and still do not trust your body, this is built for you. If life got in the way and you have restarted four times this year, it is built for you too. Same fourteen days, same room.

Start where you are

You do not need a perfect plan to begin.

You need two weeks, a little structure, and a reason to keep coming back. That is what this challenge is for.

Sign up by Thursday, September 18 so your app invite is ready for the welcome party.

A few things people ask

Do I need a gym?

No. A loop band, a chair, and a wall.

What if I have an injury or pain?

That is who this is built for. Week one is about finding what is compensating before we load anything. You go at your level and I will give you the modification.

What if I miss a day?

You pick up the next day. Consistency is not perfection, and the prizes are judged on showing up over two weeks, not on a clean streak.

How much time per day?

Under twenty minutes on workout days. A walk on the others.

Is this actually free?

Yes. No card, no trial, nothing to cancel.

What happens after October 4?

Nothing automatic. If you want to keep going, the full program starts October 5 and you pick up at week three. If not, you keep the two weeks.
